jaylecavalier Simply one of my favorite albums in contemporary music. Every single track sets a different mood, and they're all quite dreamy. If you can, I highly recommend seeing these guys live as well. It's quite the experience. Favorite track: Don't Wanna Go Back.

Smekermann I absolutely love this album. It's such an awesome example of krautrock, and how dynamic it is as a genre. From easy-going drum & bass-heavy Concrete Ocean, to jangly, poppy Tangled Yarn, to motorik powerhouses Tunnel and UFO, the latter dabbling in noisy guitar freakouts, to the almost King Crimson - Discipline-era interlocking, almost-intoxicating grooves on the last song, this album just kinda runs the gamut. I can't recommend it enough. Favorite track: Don't Wanna Go Back.

Nik Havert This is a cool record that combines shoegaze, krautrock, surf rock, psychedelia, and other stuff I can't pinpoint.

Minami Deutsch is back at it again with their latest LP "With Dim Light". Whilst softening their sound and cushioning the blow, you can expect a more profound diversity in their sound, whilst retaining the principle ingredients that make Minami Deutsch so great such as their signature fuzz, thumping bass and dream like vocals. There is a heavier experimentation in regards to genre exploration. With hints of post punk and nods to late 60s psychedelic rock, this shows that Minami Deutsch is willing to push musical boundaries further whilst retaining a clever songwriting ability to achieve this album.
